Poco X8 Pro Price in India: Three new smartphones launched starting Rs 29,999. Check all details of X8 Pro, Pro Max and X8 Pro Iron Man Edition
As per the listing on Flipkart, the Poco X8 Pro’s price starts from Rs 29,999. However, according to reports, the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs Rs 32,999, with a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costing Rs 35,999. The Poco X8 Pro Max starts at Rs 45,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option, and Rs 49,999 for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration. The Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition, featuring 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, is said to be priced at Rs 51,999 but on Flipkart it is listed for Rs 37,999.
According to some reports, the difference in pricing details are due to the introductory discounts of Rs 3,000 through bank card offers. As per reports, there’s a special launch day offer as well under which the company is offering a one-year extended warranty and one year of screen damage protection. Additional benefits include two months of YouTube Premium and three months of Spotify Premium subscriptions.
Poco X8 Pro Features
The Poco X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max look quite similar with a dual-camera setup and metal frame. Both the phones offer multiple levels of dust and water resistance, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.
The Poco X8 Pro has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, while the X8 Pro Max sports a larger 6.83-inch screen. Both displays support an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz and can reach a peak brightness of 3,500 nits.
The Poco X8 Pro Max 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, and the Poco X8 Pro uses the Dimensity 8500-Ultra processor. Both models come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. A 3D ICELOOP cooling system is included in both devices.
The X8 Pro series runs on HyperOS 3.0, based on Android 16. Poco has committed to providing four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.Both smartphones are equipped with a 50MP main camera and an 8MP secondary lens, along with a 20MP front camera. The X8 Pro Max uses a Light Fusion 600 sensor for its main camera, while the X8 Pro features a Sony IMX882 sensor. Both can record 4K video at 60fps.
Battery capacity differs between the models. The X8 Pro Max has a 9,000mAh battery, and the X8 Pro has a 6,500mAh battery. Both support 100W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and NFC. The Max variant features an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, while the standard model has a conventional in-display sensor.
