Kolkata: Alternative asset manager Modulus Alternatives announced the appointment of Sandeep Agarwal as its chief executive effective from January 1. Agarwal, the former chief executive of UBS AG has about 25 years of investment banking and private credit experience across Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, PwC and ICICI Securities. ET broke the news of his joining Modulus on December 5, 2025. Modulus is backed by the Centrum Group and Alok Agarwal, the former chief financial officer of Reliance Industries.
